Kevin is a California registered Landscape Architect with over 25 years of experience working for award winning design firms in the Bay Area and San Diego.  He has worked with a wide range of clients, design disciplines, artists, municipalities and agencies on projects equaling more than $300 million in landscape construction costs.  

Proctor Landscape Architecture provides full landscape architectural services including concept design, illustrative renderings, construction documents, cost estimating and construction administration. 

Kevin is also an award winning artist and enjoys creating public art, preparing private commissions and exhibiting his work around the Bay Area.  He is a UMass-Amherst alum and resides in El Cerrito with his family and a zoo of animals.
